This took a few days to empty in Washington Park
From our archives. This photo is from 2013, and definitely a low point in regards to routine maintence of South Side parks. Latency is key relative to trash removal. This recepticle in Washington Park took several days to empty. We are very confident that the situation will significantly improve this summer.
