Fly-dumped rubbish. A toilet base (wrapped in plastic) was recently added to the pile above. This particular section of South Perry is starting to become rather popular with fly dumpers. The other interesting issue to note is the “latency factor” relative to the resolution of these issues. Given the fact that there is a community garden on one end of the block and a house of worship on the other end… We are eager to assist in the rectification of these issues. Many hands do make for a reduced load. We can do this!
